Maintenance by Us

We are available for ongoing support after the site has been launched on an "as needed" basis. Our maintenance is on an 'as needed' basis and is billed by the minute to help our clients control cost. Minimal order of $50.00 is required

 We pride ourselves in our sensitivity to our clients' needs and timelines, making sure updates are performed promptly to assist with the success of the site and the business. We will gladly give an estimate on the project based on the time we expect it to take. The typical turn around time on standard maintenance requests is three business days.

Maintenances requests must be emailed to support@amwebpro.com, You will receive a confirmation email, so you can approve the quote and track the progress of your request. Phone requests will not be accepted for any reason (to better assist all of our customers, we must track and keep records of all the maintenance tickets)
